Palestine House – Toronto hosted a “Professional Development Seminar for Youth”
For our first seminar, we had the Palestinian – Canadian Omar Abu Hilal. He works as a sales operations manager at Microsoft and holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
In the seminar, he presented his journey in his career, and the attendees shared some components of success that young people can use to accelerate the achievement of goals and future aspirations.
Dozens of young men and women from secondary schools, colleges and universities, attended an open discussion about the choice of young individuals in their specializations at university or college and the use of tools that enable them to enter the workforce in the future and develop their professional performance. The audience thanked the Palestine House – Toronto for this important initiative in empowering young people to take their leadership role in society.

ندوة قيمة بعنوان ” التطور المهني للشباب ” و استضاف الفلسطيني الكندي عمر ابو هلال الذي يعمل كمدير لعمليات المبيعات في ميكروسوفت و يحمل شهادة بكالوريوس في أدارة الأعمال.
و عرض ابو هلال رحلته في مشواره المهني و شارك الحضور بعض مكونات النجاح التي يمكن الشباب استخدامها لتسريع في تحقيق الأهداف و التطلعات المستقبلية . و حضر عشرات الشباب و الشابات من طلاب الجامعات و الثانوية و حيث دار نقاش مفتوح حول خيار الشباب في تخصصاتهم في الجامعة أو الكلية و استعمال الأدوات التي تمكنهم من دخول سوق العمل في المستقبل و تطوير الأداء المهني لديهم . و شكر الحضور البيت الفلسطيني- تورنتو على هذه المبادرة المهمة في تمكين الشباب في اخذ دورهم القيادي في المجتمع .
